Refund policy

All items returned must be without damage. Upon receiving items, our team carefully inspects each item to ensure there is no missed damage, stains, etc. Hello Honey does reserve the right to issue a non-refund if damage is found to returned product. If this does occur, item can be shipped back to customer at their expense, if customer declines to pay for shipping back to them than Hello Honey will keep said item. It is the customers responsibility to understand item must be received by the 30th day after purchase, not shipped by the 30th day in order to receive a full refund.
